A lot of people say that you can drink good coffee at this cafe. The convenient location of Barnes & Noble makes it easy to reach even in rush hours. The terrific staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Service at this place is something one can call nice. From the visitors' point of view, prices are fair. It's always good to try something new, enjoying the calm atmosphere. This spot is ranked 4.6 within the Google grading system.

Always a fun place to go and explore the new things they have in store. Whether or not you are a book person, they also have a ton of really cool & unique gifts that you can't find anywhere else. Surprisingly their selection of children's & baby toys is also great. Staff has always been nice and helpful

I go here all the time. I love the staff and they are always down to help you out. I get water from them sometimes and I even got half a glass of milk for free once. Don't press your luck though I do pay for a lot of things so that's probably why.

Barnes and nobles has always been a favorite place of mine. It's always so clean and welcoming. I can find all the books super easily. And the staff is friendly and ready to help with anything you need.

Barnes & Noble is an amazing bookstore that offers a wide selection of books and other reading materials. Aside from that, the store has a very cozy and ambient atmosphere that makes it a great place to browse for books, read, or work. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, always eager to help and provide recommendations. Their online store is also very convenient as it offers easy access to a vast array of books, magazines, and other reading materials. Furthermore, Barnes & Noble is not only a bookstore but also a social hub where book lovers can attend events, meet other readers, and participate in book clubs. Overall, Barnes & Noble is a haven for book enthusiasts and a must-visit destination for anyone who loves to read. The Starbucks in the store has a beautiful setting and amazing staff.

My daughter & I love B & N. Every so often, were able to go make a big purchase there. Like every couple years. Today was that day. It was wonderful & we found everything we're looking for, then some. Only problem was that the cashier was rather snooty & not friendly, so I took a star off. Otherwise, it was a fun experience!

Great book selection. I usually stick to just a few sections, but when I branch out I am always surprised to find there is a lot I haven't seen yet. I love this store.

Great place to walk around and chill. You go there and it's better than a library just more lively. You can grab a book sit down and read it have a drink. If you like it buy it and take it home. They are always rearranging so it's nice to go in and see the changes.

This place has good customer service. I never have any problems ordering books, even if they're some obscure title. The in-store selection isn't too shabby either so it's fun to browse.

My hubby asked me to find a rare publication as he only found it at B& N website. When ai visited California. went to few branches but unable to find the book😩. But the staff was very kind to entertain my querries. Went to browse around instead and the store is amazing🥰

This review is solely intended for the cashier, James T, and his awful customer service. As I approached the counter he was very friendly until he saw the book I was purchasing. He said "oh...cute.." and gave me a disgusted look. I did not respond since I was thrown back at his comment and facial expressions. Then he asked if I had an account (which I do) but I told him no for some reason. Then he proceeded with a "Ha! Yeah I figured." So thank you, James. Thank you for single handedly making my experience at this location so terrible.
