Love this place. Have been going her for years to just chill out. Great book, magazine and game selection. Also, like to have some coffee and pastry here. A great place to just escape.

Had great black Friday sales. Their beautiful classics were on sale and we got several for the holiday seasons. Stopped for yummy cookies and apple ciders also. They were pretty busy but overal the lines were fast when checking out and people were very nice.

I always have a great experience looking at books in Barnes& Noble. I took one star off because the cashier Sean k. was so rude and didn't need to be. Maybe work on your customer service skills.

the two ladies at the spokane valley barnes and noble cafe is always giving us attitude and just poor customer service in general. My fiancé and i always get pastries and maybe a coffee if we’re feeling like it and they’re always giving us attitude about it for no reason. I have also witnessed them being disrespectful towards other customers as well.

I haven't been to Barnes and Noble for a while!! The store is huge, with ALL the books, magazines. also roots, puzzles, games, and many gift and Holiday items. I'll definitely return.

The Spokane Valley location is spacious and offers a great selection of gifts and toys as well as books. Cafe is a clean space to get coffee and relax or meet a friend.

Best place to get away and lose yourself in a book, nice lounge area where you can enjoy a coffee with your new book and the spinach pretzel side dish is the best in town. Reasonable prices with the membership as well

My kids and I love going into B&N. It's a great atmosphere, fun toys, great books, and a kids' room that makes kids feel like they have their own personal bookstore within a bookstore.

Wonderful store! Knowledgeable staff, friendly staff. Clean welcoming environment that's super easy to browse around. One of my all time favorite places to shop when I'm in the Spokane Valley.

I've been coming to this specific store for over a year and I'm happy that the horror section keeps growing bigger. A huge horror, thriller, and mystery fan and they've got it all. Spicy tok section is a great add. They've also recently added blind date with a book section which is fun and exciting.
