What a great night at Bar Bridge! The food and drinks were bomb! The pickled fried chicken was to die for - crispy and juicy with the right amount of spice. I’d recommend the Chili Rigatoni too if you’d like to enjoy the extra kick of pungency. The drinks were perfectly balanced. My friend and I especially enjoyed the Summer Twilight and Under the Tuscan Sun and the various shots prepared by Ivan. One of the shots that stood out was the Farmer’s Market, there was bean sprouts in it which was very surprising. To top it off, the service and atmosphere were impeccable - Kum and one of the owners, Jason, were very attentive to our needs which made the night very enjoyable. Not to mention the addition of a new mixologist to the crew - Andy, who is knowledgeable and experienced. Will definitely visit again. Look forward to their new dishes and drinks!

A fancy yet worth of a bar to spend time with ur loved ones.
Ambience is the best part, kind of reddish dark and located in the mid of new taipie, their bar tender Is kind of famous (HANK) for his creative cocktails. Degree of toxic can be chosen from the menu, this is a kind of bar which is basically serves cocktails with thr best liquor in the market. The cocktails are kind of photographic and also smooth. Their strong ones are not so strong, I am a long island ice tea guy, so when compared to that, it wasn't that strong but still I could feel a lot going on in My taste buds.
I ordered the alishan soil and winter in lake Tahoe.
Coming to the food, I wanted to try the ribeye steak , but we were too late so thr kitchen was closed. Next time would definitely go there for the steak. Definitely for coupes and group gathering.
Bon appetite fellows
