Delicious, incredible, perfection. Nothing is too sweet, everything is perfectly fresh. The pie crust is crisp and flaky and so lovely!
Also, Ish is so nice!
I have been a big fan of Baking With Ish since they opened in Blossom Market Hall. It’s always such a treat to grab something delicious, uniquely flavored, and beautifully decorated from the pastry case, all the while knowing you’re supporting a Filipino-owned small business!
Well, I am an even BIGGER fan of Ish and his works of art after I recently placed a catering order for a party. I ordered an ube cheese pie, key lime pie, and a few dozen cookies (ube, sprinkles, pinipig chocolate chip, blue corn chocolate). Everything was so delicious — you could tell the ingredients were of high quality, presentation was awesome, and communicating with Ish back and forth to finalize and then pick up the order was easy.
My guests were so impressed and some even said the cookies were some of the best they’d EVER had — and they’re a tough crowd to impress! I will definitely order from Ish again for future events, and in the meantime will continue to patronize his bakery at Blossom Market Hall. We’re so lucky to have such a great bakery in the neighborhood!
I got the cheese ube pie and ube sesame bun,they’re both not good and way too overpriced (10$ each).The pie is extremely sweet and none of my families wanna take another bite. The bun is very dry and under average.Very disappointed!

Stopped by to sample some baked goods in celebration of my daughter's birthday. Each thing was outstanding and delightful, even the Nutella brioche bun that he created just today. Our favorites were that and the ube cheesecake slice. And he threw in a lavender matcha roll for free!
