As always, Baking For Uganda exceeds expectations with their delicious treats! The peanut butter cookies I recently enjoyed were an absolute delight - perfectly baked and wonderfully flavorful. Jim's lemon bars were absolutely wonderful. I shared them with my coworkers as well as my family. The presentation was beautiful. They had fresh light lemon flavor, topped with a lemon slice. 10/10 would order again to support those in Uganda.

Jim made us a variety of flavors of fudge to use as a party favor. It was all very delicious. He is very flexible and is willing to make you whatever you like.

The treats I ordered for my family’s Christmas were delicious and obviously made with love and care. I will definitely be ordering from Jim again. The peanut butter fudge was out of this world and the pumpkin pie was the best I’ve had since my grandma’s.

Being an English guy living in the US, getting a decent Victoria sponge cake has been like getting blood from a stone…. Wow how things have changed! considering this was the first attempt at making this style, i have to say this would sell in any bakery anywhere in the UK and have a extremely satisfied customers!
