Honestly I love this spot and food their aswel. But I noticed once you become a regular, the ladies don’t care about their service anymore infact it’s like you bothering them once you sit down I mean they just throw the manu at you and will never ask you if you still fine with your food or need anything till you ask for the bill atleast that’s my experience. The waitresses need to do better hey especially Mokgadi and Lethabo

Very horrible service with really bad attitude. I ordered a lactose free cake for daughter days in advanced and paid, upon collection i was told stories & the cake was only readmelted along the way home. I ordered a second lactose free cake after 3 months & paid in advance, the cake was not ready & the attitude was bad. My son almost slept without seeing his cake. The cake melted & all deco fell down. They also used cow's milk. My son had bad allergic reaction. Cake was dying hands & mouths blue & they took no responsibility

A favorite hangout of ours. Great atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. I always order the Honey Nut Latte, probably the best coffee I have had in Polokwane. Try the Brookies you won’t be dissapointed.

Nice set up but terrible service, they have a nice menu but nothing is available. Everything you ask for is met with we don’t have. Terrible terrible. If you can’t provide it take it off the menu
