My experience was mostly pleasant. There was an error on the menu for the price of their hot chocolate which they corrected but I didn't mind paying however what I got was Nesquick tea which was upsetting I could have done that myself at home. And the fried plantain was a tad undercooked. On the lighter side the food was delicious. I had macaroni pie, coleslaw, sautéed potato, fried plantain and BBQ Ribs. Very flavorful. I would buy again just not the hot chocolate.

I had an issue with delivery through Karibites. Namely, the driver was not sent with a drink carrier, and a drink was consequently damaged. The owner graciously replaced the drink PERSONALLY. including 2 additional complementary drinks for the trouble. I was amazed by the quality of service and the kindness of the owner. The food was excellent, and the drinks were well-made - at a great price. My only complaint is that the pina colada was not well-blended. I will be eating here again soon and often! Highly recommended for any long-term Vincy residents and for new-arrivals/tourists. Please support this restaurant!
