Delicious bagels. Great service. They had just brought out hot fresh bagels and instead of giving me the older ones, they were nice enough to give the steaming hot ones. It appears they added more seating. Place smells great

I am VERY disappointed with the service I received coming to Bagel Mania. My boyfriend and I stopped here to grab some food before our trip. When we were ordering, it was very obvious that the young girl taking our order (two bagels with cream cheese) was not paying attention and didn't write down anything at all. We waited for about 15 minutes while about 4-5 other people came and left with their food. We eventually said something to the girl who took our order and she proceeded to laugh to another employee and then turned to us and said "sorry I forgot what you ordered". I then told her again what we wanted and she was laughing the entire time making the order. We then went to pay for our food and the two older men behind the cash register asked me for my number and kept trying to hit on me. The unprofessionalism was unacceptable. Never going back here. Get better employees!!
This was our first time here. We love bagels and are always looking for a great bagel place. Bagel Mania is fantastic. These bagels are amazing. They are fresh and hand shaped with love. The owner has been making these delicious bagels for several decades and still puts his heart and soul into them. You can taste it. We will for sure come back!!!!
One of the top 2 bagel shops in jersey. I can only compare it to JT’s in Forked River. Bagels are fresh and so soft. Someone at work brings them in bagels and they are always a hit. I always look forward to having a bagel from this place. Keep up the good job. Please don’t change!
I am highly disappointed in this store. Just a year ago, I would've rated them 5 stars but the past 2 times I ordered a pork roll egg and cheese sandwich there was literally ONE piece of pork roll on each sandwich. One piece. They used to put so much on there but it's horrible now. And they had the nerve to raise their prices while giving 90% less meat. I would NOT recommend this spot. You can get an amazing breakfast sandwich right down the street. Don't go here. The first picture is from their sandwich last year and the second is from today.
May 29, 2022 Update, just got this amazing bagel with lox cream cheese onions capers on an everything bagel and excellent Starbucks coffee. The young lady with the red hair was so gracious. Thank you bagel mania.Great place and great people, open now, go there and keep them in business!
Even though I have a couple bagel stores near my house, I drive out of my way to go to bagel mania. Not only are their bagels so fresh and tasty, the crack fresh eggs and they have deli meats too.
Their staff is super friendly and make your bagels or sandwiches exactly the way you like them.
I've been coming here for years because Bagel Mania consistently made fresh food, with great service, at a reasonable price. Sadly, they have LOST my patronage after today. I placed an order by phone and was told it would be ready in 10 min. I got there in 20 min, and they completely forgot my order. The worst part was, we were the only customers- how do you forget to make an order when no one else is there? The owner apologized and offered us their new menu, saying that he won't charge us their new higher prices given the "error", and gave us a small piece of crumb cake. How kind! 😒 The final straw for me was when I opened my kid's egg sandwich and found ONE measly strip of bacon cut in half. In all the years of been coming here, the sandwiches always had 2-3 full slices of bacon. I asked them to fix the sandwich and was told "this is always how much bacon we use and we'll have to charge you extra". Sorry not sorry, but I refuse to pay higher prices for dwindling service and inferior food quality. The tables and floor were horribly filthy too, with food bits and crumbs everywhere. Absolutely a bummer but they lost me as a customer for good. Shame on them!
