Robyn is the best! As a wedding planner I had an amazing experience working with her. She was so responsive, accommodating and sweet throughout the entire process. The couple loved her! As if she wasn't already fantastic to work with, her cake and cupcake design were absolutely stunning! I have never seen such a beautiful floral design for desserts. I am SO glad we found Backyard Bakeries for our wedding! Robyn is amazing, friendly, communicative, and overall so fun to chat with during our tasting! We absolutely loved every tasting sample we tried and it made it so much harder to choose our flavors and desserts! My husband and I didn’t even get to try the dessert bar because our guests snatched everything up so fast. They absolutely raved about the desserts (we were a little jealous we didn’t get to them first). We even had our dogs custom painted on our cake! We will definitely be using Backyard Bakeries again! We were planning our daughter’s wedding in Colorado from our home in Arkansas and had a last minute change. We needed a simple two tier square wedding cake. We called Robyn at Backyard Bakeries. Her first answer was that she didn’t do simple square. But before we finished talking she had already ordered new pans and was happy to help. There was not a single issue from then on. The cake was both stunning and delicious, and matched the simple elegance of the event perfectly. We can not say enough great things about this bakery. If we ever have an opportunity to use them again, we won’t hesitate to call Robyn. Thank you Robyn!!!🥰

Amazing experience all-around in taste, look, and service for our wedding day. We worked with Robyn and Backyard Bakeries for our wedding cake in July at Grand Lake, Colorado. We are out of state, and Robyn mailed us samples and was super detail oriented in customizing flavors according to my taste (and we even had a second tasting during an onsite visit in CO). I also didn't want super sweet cakes, so Robyn reduced the sugar content as much as she could while maintaining the structural integrity of the cake for summer heat. The cake turned out gorgeous and totally in line with our vision and color palette. We had a small set of desserts for other dietary needs, and my guests raved about the macarons. Had our wedding cake made by Robyn and it was a hit! The cake was gorgeous, exactly what I wanted and the flavors are to die for. We decided on three flavors Chocolate w/peanut butter filling (bottom), lemon with raspberry (middle), and cinnamon sugar (top). They were all delicious. Robin might be one of my favorite people I have met in a long time. She is so genuine and was fantastic to work with. We planned our Colorado wedding from Texas, and Robin met us over 4th of July weekend to do our cake tasting since we were in town. Her cakes, cupcakes, cookies, macarons, and all other desserts are PHENOMENAL. Our guests a year later STILL talk about our wedding cake + macarons. Robin helped us design our dream cake and placed our florals on our cake as well and created a stunning design. For our guests, we did chocolate chip cookies for our welcome bags and custom Macaron's in boxes for their thank you gift at our reception. Robin knocked it all out of the park. Attaching so many photos because again, best wedding cake ever. I can't wait to thaw out our top layer cake for our first anniversary this coming weekend. <3

We recently moved from Denver to Castle Rock, and I’ll be getting all my cakes from Robyn from now on. Not only was the cake truly so delicious (my husband does not eat cake and almost ate the whole thing), but Robyn is wonderful to work with. She came through for us given a very last minute two day turn around. I called her on a Tuesday and the custom cake was ready Thursday morning. I also loved that she was able to make the interior color of the cake according to the sex of the baby. (A local cake shop could not make a blue or pink cake on the inside, only the icing.) So I really appreciated Robyn putting in that extra work to make that happened. Cutting into the cake to see the color of the gender reveal on the cake vs. just the icing is exactly what I pictured. So yummy. Highly recommend. Thank you!!

Wedding Coordinator here 👋🏼 my clients booked Backyard Bakeries for their two tier wedding cake for their wedding in Lookout Mountain, and Robyn delivered the cake which was so beautiful! There was traffic issues and Robyn was so communicative that she was facing the issues. The cake was beautiful and the vanilla bean batter and frosting was TO DIE FOR! Such an amazing company to deal with
