Mine was an online order. They unfortunately didn't pack everything and neither did they pack condiments such as salt and sauce for the fries in the order. Thankfully they did send another rider with the undelivered food. All in all, the food was tasty and worth the money spent.

Had a good meal on my first time trying out the place but upon visiting it the second time the ugali that was brought was not even fresh and the meat was more bone than you could imagine.You guys really need to improve and get fresher food

Writing this with alot of pain, Ordered 1kg mbuzi choma, 1/2 chicken, 1/2 pork, & chips yesterday 20th Aug 2022. The delivery was made at around 4pm. I stored the meat in the fridge coz it was specifically for dinner. Warmed the meats at around 9pm , the chicken and pork were okay but for the mbuzi choma I didnt even get past the 3rd piece.. turns out it was spoilt! I called the establishment today morning and customer service told me to return the spoilt meat so that I could get fresh meat and I also explained that I had a bad stomach upset from the few pieces of mbuzi I ate. Now I've sent a rider and I'm being taken in circles that I should have reported the matter yesterday as the manager says. I have tried explaining to them that the food was specifically for dinner that's why the moment it arrived I stored it in the fridge...I only realized it was spoilt when I was ready to eat. Its not even 24 hours since the meat was delivered to me. I am an aggrieved customer. What if I had taken the entire meal, this is already a case of food poisoning which Azizi does not want to take accountability for! You can do better! Never ordering from you again. The pork and fries were on another level Had to order more to take home for later indulging. Bar service is great with a wide array of drinks. They have a wide range of international lagers available. WIFI available and ample parking

Amazing place with good food(especially the choma), music and enjoy a drink or two with friends. They also have a car wash that did a good job on my car

Lovely food but you need a lot of patience before it's delivered. The place should consider adding more help in the kitchen as the waiter kept forgetting or misunderstanding the orders.
