We saw this restaurant and tried them while waiting for our car to be washed. First, I noticed each tables were given a pitcher of water upon sitting and giving the menu, but we were not given (even a glass of water). The Baked Macaroni isn't up to my liking (too watery for a baked Macaroni). The house club sandwich was great specially the potatoes with it . The butterscotch and green tea with lemon was good too. Over all, I feel like the staffs doesn't pay too much attention to the customers. And also please do note that if you order from the cafe Menu, you have to pay separately and they inly accept gcash. If you wish to pay by credit card on the restaurant your bill has to be more than 1k.

Not pet friendly, Al Fresco dining is not in good condition, there dust everywhere and so many mosquitoes. I’ll not recommend and never coming back.

Craving for kare-kare and my husband's online search brought us here. With the faded signage and quite small entrance, one might think twice about dining. I told my husband "Ah, hotel and resort pala. Pwede kaya tayo kumain ngayon?"
We crossed the road and asked the guard who guided us to the parking area. We didn't regret it. The ambiance, temperature, service, and taste were all commendable.
Here's what the two of us had:
Beef Kare-Kare 589
Plain rice (2-3 pax) 89
Chicharon Bulaklak 219
Mango Shake 179
Lemonade 79
I like the consistency of the kare-kare sauce which had just the right sweetness. I also like the meat that was used (balance of fat, flesh, and tripe) and how it was cut. The only thing we didn't expect: It has kalabasa. Different, but it didn't throw me off.
We also appreciated their Chicharong Bulaklak for its almost melt-in-your-mouth texture. 'Di gaya ng ibang chicharong bulaklak na matapos mong nguyain, tumatambay pa at medyo makunat.

What I like most about Auravel is their staff. We were so well attended, so in that aspect, I have no concerns.
Food’s okay, sumptuous but less than super damn great. But it’s affordable, 5/5 when it comes to price. The place is tidy and organized. It’s also quite spacious. I can say it’s one of the top restaurants in San Pablo City.
For the fish and chips, they added fried wrappers? aside from the fries that came with it. Dipping sauce was good. But the fish was not cooked properly and it didn't taste fresh ☹ i had to return my order.
They replaced naman.
I asked for Vietnam spring rolls instead. In my mind, I was expecting the fresh kind with peanut/hoisin sauce, but what came out was a fried filipino style lumpia with toge and a vinegar dipping sauce. 😬
The beer I ordered was not too cold, they had to give me ice.
What made the experience better was the friendliness of the servers and the ambience of the place.
Otherwise, I'd think twice when ordering the food.
Excellent food and on time service though we got late for few mins 🫡😅💕

We stayed at the adjacent hotel for 2 weeks so we were able to comprehensively experience the restaurant and its menu.
The quality of the food was generally excellent, however we noticed that it did degrade toward the end of our stay which coincided with public holidays. I assume that was because the usual chef was on leave.
We were disappointed that several items were always unavailable each night (including some drinks) which seemed to point to issues with their ability to forecast demand and order appropriately. Nothing is more frustrating than studying the menu to pick out a great meal after a busy day, to be told 5 minutes later that they’ve run out of a particular ingredient.
Service from the staff was excellent.

Place was big and had lots of parking. Also has a car wash in front, so you can have your car washed while you eat.
Food wise, almost everything we tried was good. One thing I would suggest to avoid was the soup. But the rest were top notch.
We had chicken sisig, pasta, vietnamese spring roll and crab & egg soup.
Something situational too, there were flies(2) flying around which was quite annoying.
By far the best food in the province! Highly recommend this place as it is far more worth it compared to mainstream Filipino restaurants (ex. Max's and Savory). Portion size exceeds expectations, and definitely cheaper than other places. Had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at this place and the ingredients used in each dish is definitely fresh (compliments to the chef). The ambience is cozy and relaxing and I definitely would not change a thing!
