Bad when an hour and a half before closing this is empty. Now they're being told that they can't 'PRE-SALE' pretzels although they used to be able to and you'd just stand off to the side and wait. This is the 3rd time, I've come to this mall and can't order the usual pretzels due to them not having any. When asked why no pretzels whenever I come, their response was that, "they've been busy". Okay, no problem but don't stop making pretzels since you're busy..keep then in the oven around the clock. Bare warmer my last 3 visits is simply poor management. And please don't show up less than an hour before closing bcus they're not making anymore food and they will just sell what they have. As a business owner, this is bad. We thrice on the revenue which is essential for keeping our workers paid and our businesses afloat. The owner of this place is losing so much money due to its poor management and lazy staff. Terrible last 3 experiences. Not what you'd expect from this Aunt Annies.

It's 7pm and staff informed me they were already closing. Online it says the closing time it 8pm. I get it cleaning up and closing early but not an hour early. Change the hours of operation or actually be open during hours of operation.

Awful, 6 or 7 people working but they leave us standing waiting…. Lady ringing up the other customers in front of us got served so then she decided to just walk away.. so incredibly rude. They don’t wash their hands or change gloves from grabbing pretzels to ringing people up. But then they have a young person as the shift on duty, so what can you expect but bad service. No almond pretzels.. really? Almost every single time they “don’t have almond.” Get it together already, your job isn’t that hard

Can I have a regular pretzel? Sorry sir we only have nuggets. How long for a pretzel? 15 mins 😑 I even lost my coupon because they give you 8 minutes to use it.

Lines was very long. The store has at least 10 people working in a small area. There was no coordination in the workers. Most just looked lost and stood there. After waiting 20mins in line they ran out of all original salted pretzels and original salted pretzels bits. Then the lady was so rude at register. On the menu there was 16 pack of mini bon bits. My wife asked can you put them in a box. Rude lady said no you have to call in 15mins ahead of time. No where does a sign say this at the store. Then she said that we can only buy 4 at a time. Again no where does it say limit 4 per person. Then we ordered cinnamon pretzels bits. The lady placed them in a bag and threw the bag near me and then walked off. Worst experience I have ever had in my life. All of this on my birthday and holiday season!

Horrible Management!! The lines are ALWAYS ridiculous!!! They have plenty of staff and one line open. The manager stood there allowing one register open while we all waited on one cutomer with 6 cinnabuns!!! Why is only ONE line moving...leaving us with only the stale ones left! I asked to pay and wait for the fresh one's management refused. I actually left the line previously to go get an item on the 2nd floor and returned to that same ridiculous line. Is it to much to ask for just DECENT customer service!?! Definitely need to fire the manager from 3/29 at 3:30pm. Ridiculous! I had to leave w.o a cinnabon!!!

Burnt pretzels, poor customer service, incorrect items on delivery orders. I really have lost hope in the Altamonte mall location at this point it sucks that Oviedo isn't closer. People just want a pretzel and you just have to be awful. Managment at this location must be bad
