In town for the weekend with family. We visited the outlet mall and stopped by this location. We ordered pepperoni pretzels and their fresh squeezed lemonades. Service was good and didn’t have a long wait although it was fairly busy.
I was there waiting around before they were supposed to open at 10. Then 10 came around and they didn't open the doors. So, I went to another store and came back at 10:15 and the door was still locked. I shook the handle and one of the two employees inside just looked at me while he was making pretzels and then went back to making pretzels. They lost my business.
Kids love stopping in here when we go to outlets. Love their pretzels but getting a little but ridiculous on their pricing. Service Take out Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Everyone at this location needs to retake their food prep and serving certifications. They handle money and food with same gloves...don't wear gloves when making pretzels. Serving food with no gloves. Touching my food with bare hands. Flys buzzing food. I walked out. Serious health code violations at this location. Inspector needs to pay them a visit
Today January 3rd at 4PM I tried to buy a pretzel and I only like them just made, like I always get them. Young lady denied it and claimed the one she was giving me was fresh. Once I got it was not only hard but burnt. The whole staff was listening at me asking her repeatedly and didn’t do anything but one of the guys said it’ll take 25 mins to get you a fresh one. I said I don’t mind and the proceeded to say we’re not doing that right now. Worst staff and horrible service. Sad to see this store this way.
Went there recently with a t-mobile coupon code... had a pretty hard time figuring it out... but the girl at the cashier was pretty helpful. Althoigh no more half and half salted and unsalted bites. Man...the pretzels are yummy... and soooo unhealthy... but really really yummy.
Who serves food without offering utensils? I brought cinnamon pretzels and I was denied a fork. Staff said they didn’t have any! Not the cleanest and not the friendliest workers. However the pretzels are really good

The young ladies that work there were super nice! Great customer service and the pretzels were excellent! Thanks!
My family and I finally ventured out today. We went to grab a quick lunch at the Auntie Anne’s in Cypress (outlet mall- 29300 Hempstead Rd.) I noticed an employee messing with the door stopper, who then proceeded to serve my food. I Had to politely ask him to change his gloves. He then went over to tell the manager what I had said and they both started laughing. It’s a small location so it was evident that they were talking about me. I then asked the manager if he thought that my request was funny... and his response was “yeah, everyone is always complaining.” He didn’t offer an apology, nor did he deny that they were laughing at my complaint.” Maybe the adult manager could benefit from some customer service training, so that he could effectively be an example to his teenage staff.... and some sanitation 101 wouldnt hurt either.

The mini pretzels tasted great. They tasted like mini kolachi.
