A really nice bar with cozy seating. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a selection of really nice cocktails and the staff is very knowledgeable about their offerings. The cocktails are amazing. We had The Butcher and The Butcher's Wife. They were both tasty! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best cocktails in Tromso!! They focus on making drinks with local spirits and have creative recipes. The environment is also great! It's an old butcher shop that maintains a historical vibe while being comfortable. The current operators have only been in business for two months, so ignore any reviews before summer 2023 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lovely place to have lunch or dinner, just beware of opening times. Also check if you need to book. Great atmosphere and a good choice of food, especially at lunch/brunch in my opinion. As always, prices in Norway are all "taboo" for tourists so no point commenting.

First, this is now an amazing cocktail, beer and wine bar. They have a few nice snacks that are great too but the cocktails are a huge highlight. They feature all locally produced spirits in Northern Scandinavia along with very local ingredients. Prices are reasonable for Thomas as well so it’s a really great place to get a drink after dinner and enjoy tasty cocktails, local beers and some great wines as wells. Staff is all international so speak English well and have fun background stories to why they have all come to be in Tromso. This is a new place and a gem in this area. Great experience! Leave a review to help them as they use the same name as a restaurant from 6 years back for historical name of the building and original owner.
