Some of the best food we had on the island. The Jerk Pork and Seafood Roti were delicious. Good, fun drinks too. Great views with the black sand beach on two sides and nicely set up restaurant that doesn’t feel like a shack. Top of the island. What better place for a relaxed lunch with superb views. No rush here (avoid mornings when the cruise ship is in if you want some space). The menu is clear and uncluttered. Drinks are on point. The servers were friendly. Highly recommend a visit. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Bread Pudding with Brinley Rum Glaze

We were told by some of the locals to go to Arthur's for a beautiful experience and good food. The location was in fact spectacular. The trick is to look past the rundown street / alley that gets you there. The food wasn't awe-inspiring, but it was good. The quantities were reasonable and it was fresh. Prices seemed reasonable as well, although a bit more expensive than other nicer places on the island. The thing to be weary of is the service fee which is nebulous at best. We were told by our waitress that the service fee was for the resort, and not for service. Consequently we felt compelled to tip on top of it. That seems like a scam and should be questioned. The big issue we had was the time it took for us to get our food and drinks. As many people who visit the island come from cruises, time is of the essence. While we don't mind spending a reasonable amount of time for good food, we ended up spending over an hour and a half at the restaurant for what were relatively simple dishes. Even the service to get drinks was ridiculous. After we finished our initial drinks I literally had to beg the waitress to bring us a second bottle. The restaurant wasn't even that full, but everything was backed up. What made it even more upsetting, was that several other restaurant workers stood around while our waitress was running around serving too many tables. That type of mismanagement impacts customers. When time is limited, slow service makes a huge difference. In fact, with everything else we had planned, it made it difficult for us to get back to our ship in a reasonable amount of time. Think closely if your time is limited and you wish to go to Arthur's. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

This place was very yummy!! The prices we’re good for the large portions. The food was some of the best on our trip so far. The location is only 30 min from cruise port. The staff were very freindly and the service was fast. The views were breathtaking as you could see the ocean from your table. The watermelons mojito, and active volcano were the best drinks we had here. The black Cat was also so cute. Overall very fun place defiantly suggest if vacationing here! The ambience was okay, but the food needs some work. I got ribs and fries and I couldn’t even tell I was eating ribs. The fries came as cold as the night and drenched with oil. I then tasted the mashed potato and it tasted like it was instant and I didn’t like it…. The steak was supposed to be cooked well done and it was as if I said rare or medium rare and lacked seasoning. My mom got a seafood chowder or whatever it was and it was very very salt. The roti tasted very burnt as well. We didn’t enjoy our meals at all especially for our first visit. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Nice fresh and breezy spot for a relaxing lunch. Nice well made mojito and fresh mint. Chicken sandwich was delicious and fresh. So tasty! I loved watching the pelican dipping and dicing for his lunch too. Sweet little black sand beach too. Statia sitting firm in the back ground. Great views
Arthur's is owned by the same company that runs Belle Mont Farm, an inn and restaurant establishment on the side of Mt Liamuiga. This is their oceanside restaurant. Located at Dieppe Bay around 15 minutes from the farm. Down a dirt road to the beach. Don’t confuse with the bar on the right as you approach. Reminiscent of an open-air beach shack, with its white and mellow yellow color scheme, plantation shutters, and an upscale beachy vibe. It's not very big with maybe 10 tables, a full bar, and picnic tables on a breezy lower level. Fairly broad menu with salads, chowder, sandwiches, pizza, seafood, and heartier fare like steak and pasta. Vegetarian options also. Not busy on our visit. After giving the menu the once over, my partner in crime chose the lobster roll, made I believe with spiny lobster (a local fave). I chose the 24 hour slow cooked pork spare ribs. Both meals served with fries and coleslaw. As usual it took over half hour to get food but it was good. The lobster roll, served on a brioche roll, tasted of butter and fresh lobster. Included baby greens from Belle Mont Farms garden. A little heavy on the mayo but still very good. The half rack of pork ribs covered a very sweet mango bbq sauce. It was very tasty. The meat was cooked nicely, moist with a nice chew. Not completely fall off the bone (thank you). Not a bit left. The fries were unremarkable and the coleslaw was more shredded carrot than anything else. Decent nonetheless. With the beachside setting and the well-made food, I’d recommend completely.
