I haven't eaten at Arctic Circle in a moons age, so when I saw the sign, I decided to pull in and get a burger and fries! The young person working the drive-thru was pleasant and friendly. I get home, open my bag and the fries smelled so good! I put everything on a plate, took the hard top bun off of my burger, and was disappointed! Where's the lettuce and cheese? Where's that yummy sauce? At least the fries and diet Pepsi! Oh, yes, one more thing, I did not get the extra fry sauce I had asked for! 🥺

What a nice place! We had 2 dogs with us and the nice man offered them a courtesy cone. My fur babies loved it! And we really enjoyed the food. Amazing customer service! We were there on 1/29 @5pm. Past by often will be stopping agian. Thank you

I have been getting ice cream from Arctic Circle for over 30 years! I'm excited I can bring my boys here, and they get that same sweet treat I did as a boy. The complimentary cone is perfect for a 2 year old. My 4 year old tried a swirl ice cream, and I had an oreo shake. It hit the spot. Their chocolate dipped ice cream is also as good as it gets.

They made a mistake on our order. The staff was really helpful with fixing it right away. I find inside the restaurant to be kind of untidy. The drive thru usually moves pretty quickly so a long one doesn't tend to keep us away.

i usually dont leave reviews. i went through the drive through with my grandfather (i was the passenger) and we ordered like normal. When we got to the window the worker had a nasty attitude and said "next time the driver needs to order because we cant hear". I had to order for him because hes hard of hearing. Then we were just thrown our food and told to leave. I hate to be a Karen but this was genuinely rude and upsetting.

I will never visit this restaurant again. First of all this place is a dump. The floors were sticky the restroom was filthy and smelled. The service is awefull. When we pulled up there were 5 cars in the drive thru. 35 minutes later we had not moved a single inch. We went into the store to order and the store had 2 groups of people. It was not busy. I don't know why they are so slow. But it is this way every visit.
The food is fine. But the halibut has changed. The price is 15$ but it is half the size it used to be and honestly I do not think it was halibut.
The worst part about this low grade food establishment is the fact that they are priced higher than every single other fast food establishment. A large soda with tax was 3.59. the small fry and 4 small fish sticks was 14.99 a small shake 5 +$
Don't go here they do not offer the quality they used to the have low grade products and outrageous prices. If I could give them a zero star I would.

Drive through orders are always missing items. Example: I have an order on 3 separate occasions 3 orders of 3 piece fish and chips with extra fry and tartar sauce. When I get home there is only one fry sauce and one tarter sauce for all 3 meals.

I was on the way home from the hospital, I had surgery I hadn't eaten in 17 hours. I asked for no lettuce and no pickles . We had to stop at the pharmacy and I stayed in the car and ate. I pulled the box out of the bag and lettuce was sticking out of the box so I scraped as much as I could out and had to move the bottom patty it was about half out of the bun then i took took a bite on a cold Ranch burger. I was so hungry I ate it but very disappointed

Taco Salad
The supervisor Amy Baker. Got my order completely wrong. Didn’t give me the sauce I asked for. And when asked to CORRECT the order. She said they would. Made me wait 30 minutes only to come back out tell me that they aren’t gonna make them. Sorry. I’ve never experienced the restaurant make a mistake like that and not fix it. Lady really should be fired.
