I have not been to Arby's in about 2 years, since my last review, which I was so disappointed in. Decided to give it a try again, much different experience this time! Very clean inside and out, no long wait, getting your order correct and in a timely manner. I had the Beef and Cheddar, very good! Want to praise the gentleman who took my order. Sean. Very polite, helpful and helped a older lady who is on a fixed budget, out . I will not forget your kindness Sean, the service industry need more caring people like you! I hope your manger sees this review and acknowledge your kindness. This was at the Defuniak Springs Florida location.
