Don't bother...staff never came to counter to wait on us we left. They knew we were there because after standing there awhile already he walked up to take a window order hollered back counter line and still the 3 people visible did not come to take our order. There was only 1 table of people, guess they were too busy mopping the floors! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager, Michelle (?), had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. I don't expect much from fast food, but hot and "fresh" doesn't seem like an out of this world request. The manager (?) was rude when I brought this to their attention and didn't see anything wrong with my complaints. Will never stop here when traveling through again. Will never recommend it either. Where to begin??? Cold fries, hair in my sandwich or the 20 minutes waiting for my order? The manager Michelle had an attitude when I addressed my food concerns. Friendly staff, fast service, and the place is usually clean. Only complaint about this location isn't the restaurants fault--be warned, it I'd really hard to get in and out of the driveway because of the traffic and location. Very Dirty place and when ordering we asked for no lettuce an no onions due to a onion allergy they gave me sandwiches with everything took them back in to get them made correctly to get told they can not custom make sandwiches anymore??? I have a Arbys in my home town that can make custom sandwiches! So unsure why this location can not. My family ate and I had to go to another location so much for a peaceful trip. We always like going. I personally love the Greek gyro. The bathrooms are always usually pretty clean. I'm not sure what happened to the "curly" fries, though. They used to be curly & they're the whole reason for going. Now they're the crunchy crescent shapes and nowhere near as good because of that. I miss the curly fries. I also miss the sweet potato fries. Alot! I wish they would bring those back as a permanent menu item.
