If I could rate all of the food, service and atmosphere a negative 100 I would. The customer service was horrible very rude, the food had mold on it (see picture) and fries and jalapeño bites were cold! I don’t wouldn’t even send my worst enemy there!!! The lights at the front counter were so dim no wonder why they probably could see what they were making! And when I when back up there to let them know and speak to a manger the man manger had long hair and didn’t even have a hairnet on when he was remaking it! I loved this arbys, but I don't want this place to go down hill. I enjoy the sides and usually get mozzarella sticks and curly fries. The last three times I went around 10pm and my food was not made when I ordered. It was fast but not fresh. It was really disappointing. I'll give the Arby's more chances and I hope my mozzarella sticks are made fresh and hot :) Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Grade C+ Food: 6 Cleanness: 9 Service: 8 I walked in after lunch rush. The place was pretty much empty. The girl behind the counted greeted with a smile and took my order. The food was just above average. I had the brisket sandwich. It was made in a rush and wasn't made properly even though I was only a customer ordering. No customer behind me or drive through. The place was clean and tidy. I saw the manager cleaning up while I was waiting for my food. This was the nicest Arby's I have ever been in, the food here was very fresh and good, the staff were wonderful, very nice and helpful. The girl that helped us was Megan and she was very helpful and had great patience with my daughter. The restaurant was very clean as well. Thanks!

One the very best Arbys. Get your order correct even when you have specific requirements. Very clean restaurant and the food is always fresh and good. I eat inside often during lunch and the employees are always making sure everything is clean and sanitized. Pop machine always had ice and clean cups and straws. Bathroom is spotless too. Good selection of excellent quality food Highest recommendation!!!

Getting pretty annoyed with them up-charging for the bacon and yet giving the tiny pieces and not even one actual slice, also this is the second sandwich I’ve gotten with barely any cheese on it and the meat thrown on in the sloppiest one sided manner. The app wouldn’t work for ordering online so I paid full price for this masterpiece, at $14 for the meal. Total waist of money. Should have gotten sushi. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

We picked up around $50 worth of food at the drive thru and upon getting home and distributing everything, found gnats or fruit flies (tiny bugs) in our curly fries which we noticed because they were moving. My husband called them and let them know (we didn’t ask for our money back) so they could address it. We just won’t be eating at this location for a while until this is hopefully addressed. Good choices. Fish sandwich above average. As everywhere prices going up steadily. Pleased we still can dine in. Have no interest in drive thru and eating in car which is way too common now.
