So the rating is relative to other fast food. This location had exceptional service with very friendly staff. Food was good. Restaurant was exceptionally clean. Not too busy at lunch. The Classic Roast Beef and Crispy Fish were customarily good, but the entire 4 man crew seemed ill-trained and ill-prepared to handle the 10AM Rush (?!). The visual atmosphere (interior decor) was great, just tainted by the side conversations that sprung between the trainees and were sometimes loud enough to overhear ("We're doing it THIS way now.") The chicken sandwich was raw got refunded but they seemed. Very unconcerned would not reccomend you eat any thing without CHECKING TO SEE IF IT IS COOKED I think my biggest concern about this is. It was about 7 o'clock at night. How long have they been serving undercooked food? Update: manager called to say sorry. And say she was glad the cashier was able to refund the cost of the chicken sandwhiches(the very least they could do) and that she was gonna do training for staff. She hopes I would try them again . Double check your order before you leave the drive-thru!!! We've been going to this Arby's regularly, for over 2 years now, and in the past 2 months something has changed with this restaurant. First, they replaced their medium-size cups with small ones... no announcement of any kind about it. And then, they have been consistently messing up our drive-thru orders! Either they've given us a smaller sandwich than what we ordered and paid for, or they've not put paid for items in the bag, etc. Also, the quality of food has been questionable as well. The food is either cold, maybe lukewarm, or they serve WAY smaller portions than normal... see pic of the fries we ordered today (exactly how we took them out of the bag). They're about half full and COLD!!! I guess we won't be going there anymore, if we can't rely on food quality or receiving what we paid for! Food: 2 Service: 1

Don't spend your money here. They don't honor their Mobile App awards. Really don't even recognize the the deals and their app needs tons of work. Better places to spend your hard earned money, do not eat here, I'm warning you now. They forgot my sandwich and the curly fries weren't curly plus hard and cold. Skip this place. Good food, filling, but very expensive. The staff is very nice as well at this location. Editing this review- the food tasted fresh however there was a hair in my food- and most the new staff doesn’t seem to care much about anything- changed from 5 starts before the new crew…to highest of a 3 star. My wife has brought Reuben sandwiches from Arby's home and the bread was mushy. I figured it was just because it got mushy on the way home. I put it in the oven to crisp it up, and it was pretty good. Today I was in the area and decided to go to Arby's and eat the Reuben at the restaurant so the bread would be crispy like a Reuben should be. Guess what? It's mushy right from the beginning. Lots of choices and no burgers! Chicken, beef, brisket, pepperoni, turkey.....all of the there cooked everywhere from slow roasted to deep fried. Nine different kinds of sliders. Great menu.

The 2 people that just got off work now at 9:00pm were swearing 🤬😳 while I was waiting for my food & they were doing the til. & when getting in my car they were being big mouths swearing still I'm glad my daughter wasn't with me rudeness

No one greeted us as we stood at the register. The order taker messed up. The meal was delivered wrong. The meat was poorly flavored, no seasoning. The employees laughed about running out of roast beef. 3 customers left due to no roast beef. The crew talked loudly and acted juvenile. I have no desire to return.
