Was very impressed with the lounge! Quite, mild music, enough spread with fruits and beverages. Very close to boarding gates. Comfortable seating arrangements, huge monitors updating flight status and very clean washroom. Staff ensure you leave for the boarding gate on time. Staff at reception were amazing! Of special mention is Mrs. Krishanthi for her genuine, wonderful service. Service with a smile at that! Price per person Rs 4,500–5,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Fried Rice and Gravy

True escape from CMB as the service and atmosphere is night and day compared to the general CMB airport. Good don't have much variety but you'll like it. Service is great and seating is good as well. You'll have a good time. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

There is plenty of comfortable seating with a good ratio of seating to power points outlets (with combined usb power outlets, too). A central corridor runs along this long lounge with toilets and the refreshment areas at opposite ends of the corridor. There are no shower facilities in this lounge. Limited food is on offer, and dessert comprises a couple of cake and a choice of 2 fresh fruit (papaya/Paw paw or pineapple) . The drinks bar is similarly limited to basic liquor mixes and beers. There is a creche or kids' play area next to the entrance. What a great idea to distract the young ones while awaiting the next flight. I love the layout of the lounge and its atmosphere. The staff were particularly helpful, if you could find them. That said, this is a far superior offering on sll levels (food, service, atmosphere) compared to the AirLanka Serendiva lounge and its long list of entry exemptions. The Araliya Lounge is much cleaner in all areas (especially the toilets) when compared to the Serendiva Lounge. I have no qualms about visiting the Araliya Lounge again. It's a decent lounge with a decent but small selection of food and drinks. There was plenty of seating within the lounge as well as a room with massage chairs which is not marked at all. We used the massage chairs to let the kids sleep while waiting for our flight. Price per person Rs 1–500 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

A quiet space within an airport where premium class passengers can relax, unwind, and enjoy various amenities and services before the flight. Lounge looked bit packed with its seating. But have enough space to move around. Limited variety of food, tasted salty. Drinks available upon request. The staff looked after everyone and attended to their requests promptly.

This is the lounge for business class passengers on Singapore airlines. Food and service is good. Drinks selection can be improved - mostly spirits. Seats are spacious and comfortable. Wifi is fast. Seems like some of the food doesn’t get refilled after 10pm.

Decent lounge that has good food & a few alcoholic drinks. The food offering is limited but of a good quality. They also have some quality spirits such as Bombay sapphire & decent wine. This is currently operating as the default priority pass lounge as the others are closed due to the situation.

Very rude and unprofessional staff. Due to system issues only a handwritten note allowed me access so she wanted to keep my boarding pass. I didn’t agree and after asking it back, she was reluctant to hand it back out, put us foreigners aside and kept us waiting for staff which never appeared while giving locals access who had a handwritten note as well. Not a treatment you would expect in a lounge. Food selection was fine and good but service staff was disorganized. Furniture of lounge is cozy but the arrangement not very ideal placed to ensure everyone can be seated. Overall, the poor check in experience incl. unnecessary waiting time ruined the atmosphere. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
