Luis was great. He has awesome costumer service, he was not our waiter and he still made the time to bring our next round of drinks and clean our table after we finished eating. As a kitchen manager I really love seeing people go that extra mile to make sure people are enjoying their experience. Kudos for you Luis, you will go far with that great attitude!! Went on a busy friday night, few servers. With that being said service was terrible. Customers complaining. Food was disappointing but get extra credit on temperature it wasnt cold. Whats the point in all you can eat if it take another hour to get the food, judge yourself. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i can’t rate the food because we were never seated. after standing at the host stand for about 5 min watching a few servers do their thing we were finally approached by a young man who abruptly informed us it would be a 20-30 min wait for a table. I then proceeded to ask if the bar was available for a shorter wait. The response I got was in the most unnecessary tone. I was informed that due to low staff but his facial expression and tone left me feeling more like he just didn’t want to be bothered. needless to say we decided to not burden him with our patronage. The food, while pretty good, did not look like the ads, seems it never does. However the very best thing I had there was the boneless wings in garlic butter Parmesan sauce! I could drink that sauce! BBQ boneless wings were cooked too long. They came out hard to eat Parmesan wings were better. I liked the shrimp too. Had great service and it was a new adventure. Well I had 2 get this dish simply because the mac n cheese doesn't come without bacon. I asked 4 no mushrooms. I got em anyway. There's no kind of table bread here. Came in tonight with the family. Claire was an awesome waitress and would recommend her to everyone dinning in but wasn’t impressed with the manager. Made a big deal over nothing just because I wanted to add a shot of patron to a drink. “Oh it’s to hard” “it’s to difficult to ring up all the different items” “I don’t know if the recipe will work with a different tequila” really?? The place was 1/3 full and no one came to the front for a good 5 mins, a couple was also waiting to be seated. Ate in with a friend and I ordered an alcoholic drink, there was MANY small hairs inside the cup I don't know how that could happen. I was too nervous to let the servers know so I just didn't drink it. Then our server forgot our dessert but at least we didn't get charged for it.
