Ordered takeout and it was okay. I really liked my shrimp, but the rest of it was just average. They have a decent kids menu and I like that you can order something other than French fries as the side. But overall feels kind of expensive for the quality of food. All was well, for the most part. I've come to terms with having to double-check that all ordered was received each time just because it's how it is nowadays. Good thing I did because items were missing and wrong items were placed in my to go order as well. If I hadn't checked, like in the past, I would have gotten home and found the mistake and had to go back. I would add a suggestion for the to-go salads asking for croutons on the side as they will be very soggy. Besides that, the food is always delicious, in my opinion! Had the worst service last night. Waiter, male Hispanic, no name tag. Rudeness started when he approached the table by throwing the straws down, no hi or welcome or a smile. Then got worse with him being unwelcoming and rude. I have never had such a bad experience before at a resturant I have only been to once. Food was amazing so thank you cooks. I tipped according to the attitude I received all night towards me and me 2 adult kids. Just wow, I can't believe he's even a waiter with R.B.Face Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Bro! You guys have failed me! We have ordered go to good for years from this location and it's always amazing. HOWEVER!!! I ordered a steak today and this is by far the most horrid "steak" I have ever had. It's so full of tendons that I can't even eat it. This is soooo disappointing. On food was better than normal. We have avoided this place over the past two years because it was so bad. But we gave it a chance and was impressed. Until the manager (women ) came up to the table of older folks enjoying a meal with old friends next to us. The manager asked them how long they were going to be because they have an 8 top that needs seated. The older folks had ordered a steak, beers, and were generally owed their time at the table. Just felt like “hey you ate, so like get moving”. Idk…just gave me the ick. Do better with your management. Where I come from you don’t rush your elders.

6:09 pm - Our Waiter, which I will not post his name....was unfriendly, unhelpful and acted like our questions about the menu was a waste of his time. I asked what comes on their cheeseburgers and he said, ya know the usual stuff... Ummm?!? I said any sauses, he said smirked and said no ... Ok well sorry.... Told him I wanted burger well done. Came out very pink. Which he didn't appreciate me showing him. So needless to say dinner was stressful and not what I was hoping for.....
