Come here if you want bad service, bad food, and bad drinks!!!! The restaurant was not even half full and took forever to get anything. Complain to the manager and she said I only have two waiters on duty. What do you want? I told her a good eating experience. She then told me I could leave so we did. Complained with two corporate and got an email two days later stating we will look into it and haven't heard back from them over 3 weeks later. Let's just say I will never be eating at any Applebee's again and neither should you Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First and last time! Jose was earning his tip until he told my husband that he had to remind him of the waters. I was a server for 4 years and not once did I ever tell my customers to remind me. I recommend coming here! We were seated moderately quickly by nice staff. A pleasant surprise was that there were Kid's Days on Wednesdays where a kid's meal is 99 cents. They served us our drinks first, then about 10 minutes later, appetizers. There was a pretty long wait to get our entrees, but the employees were kind and tried to be fast considering how busy it was. The food was delicious and a nice proportion. When it came time for dessert, they told us that their freezer had broke and they were debating whether or not to serve us the ice cream we ordered. They did serve the ice cream, which was half melted. I didn't think it was a big deal and they were very polite about it. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

If I could give zero stars i would, avoid this applebee's at all costs! There are other applebee's locations that are by far way better! Service was absolutely horrible, food had to be sent back due to not being cooked right and then had to wait for another 40 minutes for our food to be brought back to us and too top it off the server nor manager bothered to come and see if everything was good. They avoided us completely til it was time for them to get paid! All the manager cared about was standing around talking to the employees and laughing with them when she should have been checking on her guests! Terrible experience. Went there for the all you can eat wings. Servings of wings took 30 minutes to be brought out. The waiter was awful. He sold us happy hour drinks and charged full price. Had a great experience around 2:30pm on this past Wednesday. Drinks were good food was hot and yummy! And service was on point! We sat at the bar and the bar tender was awesome and super friendly and fast with all the guests! Definitely recommend coming out to this Applebee's for good food and good service! Ordered curbside to go. I arrived quite a bit earlier than food was scheduled to be brought out. At 2 minutes prior to that time, I indicated online that I had arrived. Food was scheduled to come out at 7:12 pm. At 7:25 a waiter brought it out and apologized for delay. He explained they didn't have a curbside staff member, and no one knew I was there. I dont blame this location necessarily. However, cold food that disappointing especially considering the price, does not make me want to visit or recommend this place ever. Rather empty establishment went around 5pm. Plenty of staff around , yet did not see waiter very other. Got an appetizer for the table but they did not give us plates in order to share the food and didn't see staff until 10 minutes later when main course arrives. I ordered the bourbon street chicken and shrimp, the shrimp was way overcooked and the chicken was drowned in salt and inedible. Ended up just getting another appetizer as I didn't want to wait another 25 minutes for them to attempt to "remake" it. Wouldn't return. Wouldn't recommend either.
