This is the best breakfast restaurant in Elmira hands down. I travel up from New York City every few months for work, staying for around two weeks at at time. I will eat every day at Anne's. Besides the food being absolutely incredible and wonderfully priced, the service is exquisite. Desiree, Lisa, and Amy are a magnificent and first rate team there. Glad we decided to try this place. We were very pleased with the food, plenty of it and a good selection of breakfast foods. Not overly friendly waitress but a different time went had a more outgoing waitress. Place is clean and quaint too.
