I visit Ann’s every single week for my water and groceries. This is a convenient and super clean location. The employees are always kind and greet you with a smile. Top-notch products. There is a wellness center connected to this location and I will be having some sessions their soon. Definitely recommend !
No Almond Milk or other products I was seeking. Plus, the items are pricier. I was hoping this store would be similar to Sprouts or Whole Foods; this store has a limited selection of items but many supplements. The staff was nice but not a store I’d return too.
I had to wait 10-15 minutes for a black coffee from the Cafe and it was the WORST cup of coffee I've ever tasted 🤮. No creamer was out and they only had monk fruit sweetener (with erythritol added), honey, and the stevia packet box was empty. I also scoured the store for cold water for my daughter and my only options were cbd infused water or tap water. I had to opt for the tap water even though that's not exactly what I would expect a health food store to serve. This place is nice to have when in need of a supplement and you don't want to drive 30 minutes, but I wish they would do a better job at making this place nicer.
Visiting a family member here in Waxahachie and let me just tell you… Anne’s is a God send!! Their cafe is so delicious. I got the black bean burger and it was phenomenal. Highly highly recommend.
One star for cafe here! The store a two star. Really awkward from the minute I walked in the store. The nicest people were probably the one handing out samples of coffee, which I should have not turned down. Lady taking order at Cafe was rude and didn’t say hi,but continues her conversation with someone else as I sat there confused of what I should order with people behind me waiting. I asked about the juices and she wasn’t helpful at all, so of course I just picked one and it was the worst $9 I ever spent. When the small cup was put on counter, I grabbed it and noticed it leaking and then this red juice just kept leaking from the top of the cup as if the lid didn’t fit, so I should have just thrown it away as soon as I tasted it, but I thought maybe if i give this juice a good stir, big mistake and as soon as I arrived at my next destination, I threw it away and my hands stunk all afternoon from it,even after I washed them again and again. It would have been nice for her to let me know the one I ordered was so hot and instead she was quick to make a dollar and never have a potential customer again. I did buy a few things from the market, the carrots were rotten and I didn’t even notice till I got home, I threw them away as well. So a good $15 overall wasted from this establishment and a bad review is all I received from it. To think I drove by it everyday and will never waste my time or money.
Ann's has a variety of healthy grocery options, water, pet foods and supplements. I enjoy shopping there though produce is very limited. Happy Greens Cafe has really tasty fresh cold pressed juice options and meals. A local microgreens grower typically has several nice options in a refrigerated cooler near the cafe for sale.
First time today…. Walk in to this location; Not greeted, one of the cashiers was staring down into her phone and never looked up at me, the other cashier just looked at me. The other locations I have visited have always made me feel welcomed. I regret driving all the way to Waxahachie for their poor services. I ended up putting my items back and left. I was not going to spend money at a this location… they made me feel like I shouldn’t have came.. guess my skin was too dark. Never again, if I could give no stars I would.
Great selection of top brand health foods & supplements! Everyone is friendly & helpful. Doyle is a wealth of information about health & physiology. He has been extremely helpful guiding me toward the right products for my personal needs. The Cafe & juice/smoothie bar are great for a quick, healthful meal!
I walked in today looking to get a certain vitamin they don't carry at most stores and Doyle led me in the ride direction. Doyle was very helpful and informative during my visit. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays and I'm glad Anne's has employees who go above and beyond 👍
