For someone who drinks a lot of coffee in Klang Valley, it was intriguing to me that there was a specialty coffee chain native to Penang. Coffee is on the more acidic side, which I quite enjoyed. Could've been a bit more balanced, but otherwise a good alternative compared to other nationwide chains.

Their seasonal single original columbian flat white is one of the best milk drinks I've had ever — perfect milk texture, and origin characteristics (cempedak, fermented fruits) that really shine through the nutty/chocolate notes of a milk espresso drink. Matcha latte was good as well. It starts off milky sweet, and finishes with a pleasant bitterness. Spacious, minimalist, and great for chilling or getting work done.

We’ve been here a couple of times.. Not sure whether it’s the same kind of cake as before, but the Earl Grey burnt cheesecake tasted a tiny bit different (not that smooth and the taste of the tea was not that strong as before). And the service crew served the cake with the wrapping still on.. so there’s still place for improvement.. however, no doubts it’s still one of the best place to “lepak” late at night and have a cuppa good coffee. The echo of the noise really annoying when everyone is talking, like in Pasar. Should also check the air-con often when full house, too hot to enjoy the coffee chill time. I have no idea what's going on with your outlets. Once bitten, twice shy - but I still chose you after a sauna session in your Icon outlet. I was in my most breathable shirt and my shortest board-shorts like shorts and yet I hesitated each time I reached out to my cup of coffee which wasn't even lukewarm. I actually felt more comfortable in an open food-court like environment without air-con than this supposedly air-con cafe with a fw air cons running. You can save all the electricity bills you want come year end when it's cooler but come on, is this even necessary? Atmosphere: 1

Nice coffee and environment. However the devices that reminds the customer to pick up foods and drinks are very annoying. Besides, the staff created unnecessary noise which ruins the atmosphere. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
