I would like to give it a 5 because I really liked this place and the drinks. I even recommended it to my friends but after a year, this place became a hideout for stinky students (from SOVANNAPHUMI SCHOOL) who smell like rotten guavas and vinegar. You would often arrive on a scene of flirtatious and loud female students. The store owners are very nice, too nice they let these people make his business look cheap. At least put a "KEEP SILENT" sign. Business-wise, the café does not benefit from these penniless kids who depend on parents' support.
