I had a nice lunch here. Customer service was outstanding (from a young foreign man) Food was very tasty. The only downside was that, the main door was open and pulling all stinky petrol and cigarette smells from outside. Ruining all the delicious smells inside. It was a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is relaxing, they staff is attentive, and the food is amazing. I have eaten Japanese on three contingents, and this is in my top 5. The food is prepared excellently: not overcooked, tender, and bot overseasoned. My wife ordered a spicy dish, and they asked for her tolerance of spice. They personally asked about allergies. Great japanese restaurant between the main road and the sea. Dinner, Dessert, Drinks totaled about 45-50€ per person. Well worth the money. Excellent service. The restaurant gets really full and rushed by about 20:00-21:00 if you'd like a quiet Dinner, come before 19:00. That was our favourite place the whole vacation week! Service was very good (Kets was my favourite waitress through several lunches), I adore their marinated edamame and tempura tofu. Food was amazing, very well presented. Cocktails were excellent too. A must try if you love sushi and visit this area of Malta; it is located right on the beach with so it has an incredible view and the sushi was absolutely delicious. I tried 2 different rolls; one with soft shell crab and the other with tuna and they were both great. Service was super friendly. Definitely recommend. Amami restaurant is everything you would want in a restaurant. Excellent atmosphere, great decoration and a view of the sea. The staff are very friendly and help you out with everything you might need. The food is excellent and the cocktails I would recommend as they are some of the best I have ever had. One of the best sushi I've ever had! Fish is incredibly fresh and tasty, the flavor paring are amazing and the person is very kind. If you're looking for a quality sushi but willing to try something different, this is the right place for you.
