I went to the restaurant for my birthday with friends, where we enjoyed our evening to the fullest. The menu has many different choices where you can choose from, and some of us opted for the ‘all you can eat sushi’ which was very appetising. The staff were nice and we loved the interior of the restaurant.

Overall great dining experience, service is very good with waiters very attentive and fast. The sushi and appetizers included in the all you can eat menu were really good. Only thing we didn't like is that all adverts for 'all you can eat' display food from the a la carte menu which is not included, quite deceiving marketing.

We had lunch all-you-can-eat sushi today and loved the food and the atmosphere. Everything was fresh and very flavorful, We hadn’t eaten this good in a while. Somehow, even the softdrinks tasted so refreshing and different? 😅We also enjoyed the portions and timing and concept of the all-you-can eat. Highly recommend. Thank you Alma for your excellent food and service.

It's a joke to advertise all you can eat sushi but then tell customers that only a la carte is available because they are serving too many customers. We were sat down since tables were available, so no excuse that the place was fully booked. I've frequented other food spots which serve a sushi buffet and never was i turned away because I did not book beforehand.
Utterly disappointing!
Don't promise something you cannot deliver.

No where does it state that it is on a booking basis only or that there are limited spots in your many ads. Futhermore, why are you still saying that it was fully booked when you had a number of empty tables available and sat us down. And it could be that the other tables were booked, but you sat us down so clearly you had space for us, thus making your argument invalid. The only option we were offered was a la carte. So you expected us to order around 6 rolls of sushi between two (as we would have done so anyway with the all you can eat) and pay 70-80 euros +, instead of 50 euros. What a joke. Your reply is just proof of your abysmal customer service. Had you at the very least apologised as the owner (and not the waitress as she obviously has no authority to do much), I would've been inclined to give it a second chance but now I will be taking my money elsewhere.

No One ever told us that the sushi from the a la carte menu was not available so own up to your mistakes and stop being so defensive. Once again.....WHAT A JOKE.

One of the most disappointing experiences. Coke was flat . I had the mortadella pizza the burrata tasted off . We were 8 people all different dishes all disappointing. On a brighter note the staff was kind .
