The food here is really good and the staff is super friendly they take care of there customers well. I’ve tried a lot of things on the menu and I have yet to be disappointed everything is delicious. Too bad because the pizza is decent. Service and attitude of owner extremely rude. Ordered a pizza,told 20 minutes for pick up. Girl at counter,lovely. Paid. Even left a tip.Nono came out and remarked this order not in yet, I would have to wait 20-25 minutes. Rude. I explained called it in 20 minutes ago. She remarked she didn't take the order. I stopped going to Allegrettis years ago because of this type of attitude. Thought I would give it another try. Pizza always late, rude attitude and excessive language from the back. Lots of pizza places around. Can't treat anyone with this type of rudeness. Won't be back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

By far my favorite pizza shop in Des Plaines! Always fast, well prepared, and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend getting their thin crust pizza with toppings of choice - ask for extra sauce on the pizza and cooked well done! When I visit my Mom, it's always Allegrettis Night! Our fav! We are crazy about their pizza, food and of course dessert. Mom sometimes orders double of Tiramisu and canopies! LOL. The people are incredible here! Even the drivers! Please try them. They're delicious! Order now! I would have to say we've order at least 25 times! You can't go wrong. Absolutely terrible. I waited over an hour for my pizza and the best thing I could say about it is that it’s completely average. When I ordered, there was no other customers in the restaurant so I have no idea why I had to wait for so long. I walked in and there was no employee there to check in with me. When I finally flagged down an employee to see where my order was, she acted like I was burden and that she didn’t want to deal with me. Don’t waste your time here, it’s definitely not worth the wait or headache. This is probably the worst service I have ever experienced before and I have no idea how they are still in business.

For being my 1st time at Allegretti's I must say that, the restaurant looks very Italian, looks nice and is very clean. I ordered a stuffed pizza, it was delicious and it was baked just how I like it. Well done Allegretti's. I will definitely go back.
