If you wanna have genuine Matcha Latte, this is the place you should stop by. Perfect balance of bitterness and sweetness of Matcha. Formed milk and Matcha melting in my mouth... just a heaven! Glad to find this place. -1 star on Atmosphere since it´s too small and so few seats there. Not comfortable to stay longer unfortunately. But if you live in neighboring area, it´s a good quick stop point definitely. Also -1 star on Food since the banana cake didn´t have any taste for me... One of my favorite coffee places. Great collection of coffee and very friendly staff. You find healthy and vegan or raw pastries here to add to your experience. The shop is open from 7 am which makes it a great breakfast place especially during rainy and cold days. They offer three breakfast options to choose from. Very cozy and humble interior...

I only got a V60 which was brewed well, and for my V60 I had 3 different coffee beans to pick from. The place is modestly sized with a quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Recommended. Decent little coffee spot in this area. Very nice and friendly service. Good tasty coffee, I also ate a cookie that was very hard and crunchy. Super good spot in hisingen! Has a hipster vibe, wish seating both indoors and out, nice cafe music inside. Personnel were very sweet and helpful. The raw brownie was not my favourite but the granola bar was great ans the hummus panini was amazing! Good cappuccino too, all for a very reasonable price. Entire order was less than 200 sek. Would recommend!

It is not easy to find in Gothenburg good coffee shops which brew and roast in a modern way. But Alkemisten take it seriously and to go there is a good choice if you are into coffee.

It's a small but lovely place, they have different types of coffee and sweets as well, even snacks could be found. Could be that you will have to wait to find empty seats inside but if weather conditions are good you can sit outside Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Update: Went back and enjoyed it more. Great cappuccino that was less fruity than last time. Very good vegan selection and super friendly staff. I will come back now that I live nearby. Updated to 4 stars! Previous review Serves fruity espressos which i don't really fancy. Good vibes but for Coffe I'll go somewhere else.

Absolutely love this place, I travelled from London to visit family and my twin brother took me here as it's his favourite place to unwind and relax. Staff were welcoming and very friendly I totally understand why my brother loves this cosy place!
