I come to this store 2-3 times per week because I live across the street, they have good sales, food quality is always good. I worked in customer service for 17 years and I noticed there’s a couple of employees who don’t say hi or acknowledge you at all when you’re at their cash register paying, one of them literally just rings you up, doesn’t smile, looks like he’s not happy at work, doesn’t speak nor greets you, he’s like a robot, if I see him at the cash register, I don’t go to him anymore. Now they hired this other new guy to gather all the shopping carts and clean inside the store…he has the same attitude as the first one ☝🏻, rude, doesn’t say hi, they both look and act so miserable at work, I wouldn’t be surprise if they’re friends too. Besides these 2 employees, Albertson’s is great and love shopping there.
Set out early Sunday morning to look at some houses in the Laguna Niguel area (Orange County). After hours of looking at various neighborhoods I stopped at Albertsons prior to getting back on the 5 and heading home. Didn’t stay too long but I did get a few things. Will definitely come here again. Very impressed with the area.
Great location, they have everything but their selection on birthday items are very limited. I needed it to get something for a recent birthday but they did not carry it. For birthday I suggest party city or another store.
We spent over $300.00 this weekend at our local Albertsons. Once we started unpacking the bags, we found over $24 in specialty cheeses we purchased that were out of date, we also purchased twelve yogurt cups, six were out of date, finally we bought a personal size watermelon, and it was rotten inside. this is the second time this has happened to us, wont be a third
Been shopping here for over 30 years due to the store being close and familiar with the layout. No complaints overall.
There are two checkers that I will avoid thier lines. Today both were the only ones working. One is slower than can be, and the other has alway neen rude to me. I will say it was at about 12:45pm and she wears a mask.
Without going into details of all the encounters with this rude checker, just want management to know. If it's only me, then shame on me. I have a feeling it isn't just me though.
Have you ever had someone yell "Have a nice day" overly loud as you are walking away?
It did not make my shopping experience pleasant. Becasue of the past rudeness of this person I regreatfully responded, "screw you".
Generally good choices and availability. Always be diligent and look for the deals though. Also, a recent disappointment, the bakery started putting sugar crystals on top of the blueberry muffins. I suppose because it is more cost efficient/easier than the yummy crumble they used to put on top. So no more blueberry muffins for me.
Wanted to thank Mel, for being such a wonderful and passionate person that through a kind gesture of helping me find a particular boutique of roses for a client, as a dasher, had managed to make everyone's life a little more beautiful. -- Wonderful woman, I am forever grateful to her and this company. 🙏 May God bless everyone there. ❤️
All the people here at Albertsons are wonderful, helpful and friendly. They help you with your recipes, and you can go talk to Jim and the wine section and he'll help pair a beautiful bottle of wine for your meal
This store is a disaster, every time I come here it make me wish I drove the extra 2 minutes down to the ocean ranch Ralph's. Always long lines with cashiers talking about how they hate their job.
Albertsons on Golden Lantern is a nice store. One lady there named Moriah is rude every time I go to the "Customer Service" center. She is always too busy to kindly serve. Not once has she ever said a "pleasantry" to me. How are you, how many I help you, many e, have a nice day or evening? JUST TOO BUSY AND GIVES THE STINK EYE! She has an ego with her "manager" job. Maybe a job behind the scenes position is best for Moriah. She certainly is not a good at customer service. People always remember how one makes you feel. I feel like I'm bothering Moriah and be will never ask her anything ever again. Horrible experiences with Moriah.
