An old-family business, i had this recommendation from a local of Bethlehem. Location on google Map is accurate, the owner is friendly and can advise you. We ordered the Hakura Salad, which is a 17 types of Salad (tabouleh, fatoush, humus, garlicmayo, olives, potato, fried cheese, and many others). Literally this could be enough to enjoy .. this option is good for 4/5 adults. Then we ordered 1KG of mixed Grills (kebab, lamb Meat and chicken tekka) i love it and 100% recommend it...
I give 4 star for atmosphere as no open air sitting area.

One of the best places in beitsahour if not the best, top food, top ambient and the treatment is out of this world, I do not only recommend this place but I think it is a MUST visit if you are looking for a great experience.

If you want to enjoy a nice grilled meat and chicken with a lot of side salads then this is a must restaurant destination to go to. You can pick from more than 15 type of Arabic and international salads plus many types of Arabic restaurant food. The restaurant is historical and maybe one of the oldest in town , go try it.
