Excellent ambiance, excellent food, what a place. Every type of fast food is also available. Best tea in the town, fresh milk tea is their speciality. Also try their Qahwa... Over all 9/10

Used to be excellent place for quality food but now a very bad experience. Broken utencils, slow service, food quality had gone down. High disappointment. It used to be a great place 2 years back but not now. Over all 1/10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

They need to be a bit more vigilant and agile in their service. Their tea is good but it takes them around 30 minutes to serve a cup of tea, which can be very irritating. Location is very nice, ambiance is good as well. Not too far from the city's heart and a good retreat from the hustle and bustle of the hub.

Place is better to sit. But food items are around 1.5% expensive then market and are all sub standard. Eating there is not recommended. Average serving time is 20-25 mins for your order. They don't accept credit cards. Washrooms available for males only and are very extremely dirty. They have some swings for kids but are not in good condition

The nice and beautiful place to go there. In summer it's not possible to go there during day time as there is scorching sunlight. But after sunset it's good. You can enjoy meal with pleasing breeze. In winter it's best for day time. Enjoy meal+sunlight 😉😉😉

This place is a nice open space for light meals and beverages. The tea is good but the waiters are a bit slow. It gives a nice view of Neelum river and university campus.

Biggest problem of Muzaffarabad restaurants and service industry is that they don't really know what the "service" is. People giving 5 stars to such pathetic services also don't know what to expect as a customer. AlBaik food park is no exception.
