Great lounge for this airport. More facilities in comparison to some big European airports. (shower/prayers rooms) Food is fresh and gets refilled all the time. Fresh made coffee, friendly people and just the right place to relax before a long or short flight. Really worth visiting

Noisy (guests speaking too loud) and crowded. For any drink, except water, you have to go to the bar and ask for it. The selection of drinks is good. Food ok, some good, some horrible (like Sarajevo meat pie, for example). Some staff members are polite and service oriented, while others seem to hate the very essence of the existence. Otherwise, when empty or almost empty, the place is great.

I’m really in two minds about this lounge. I visited early in the morning so was expecting a more subdued affair, but was met with the opposite. The music was far too loud giving the vibe of a bar more than a lounge, so forget getting any work done, but on the other hand the spread of food was impressive for such an early hour. The staffed bar was fast with the service and all the staff I encountered were pleasant. The clock with bells was a unique touch and with some comfortable seating and plenty of electric sockets it was a functional space. Dim the volume of the music and it could be a really good lounge.

There are two lounges at the Belgrade Airport, which makes a big difference. The hot food is much better in the Air Serbia Premium Lounge, but only bottled water, no soft drinks. The atmosphere is also brighter than in another one. They have a shower in the bathroom.

The staff at the reception desk was busy talking between them about stuff that was not work related. Didn’t even look at me, all she said was good morning, returned my boarding pass while still talking to the other staff member and sat down 😒. Def more food options than the last time, but they should put little signs explaining what’s what (for food items that are not obvious ie tomatoes, apples etc). Especially for stuff that is or might be spicy. Also people who were using the lounge… omg… literally 2 people with 2 backpacks occupying 6 seats… 13 people occupying 30 seats and then moving to other tables while still leaving their stuff on the other seats. I left my carry-on next to a free chair&table so that I can go get some food. Upon returning, one of the women who was already sitting on one of those 30 chairs sat on the chair where my bag was and was just there using that table too 🙄🙄 Not the best experience … and it’s too warm. 😵‍💫

Nice lounge with exellent service. It is little bit on a small side regarding size, but usualy not crowded. Food choice is exellent for the lounge of that size. Staff are really helpfull and kind.

Nice, comfy lounge with good food and drinks. Guess, when crowded it loses shine, but thats the case with any other. Priority pass works.

Tbh I was slightly concerned after reading the comments, especially regarding Priority Pass Access. Had a totally different experience. Came in on the 25th Oct around noon, no problems getting in and super nice staff! Also a good selection of warm food.

Probably one of the best lounge I have been to:) Quality of food is amazing and the hospitality of the staff and service is just above and beyond. Quite private to be able to work a bit on laptop prior the flight! Can’t wait to Re- visit again!

Good experience , got in with PP and AirSerbia econ ticket . Good tasty food , pretty good variety of drinks and wonderful staff . Be advised no somking place in the lounge , only electronic cigarette allowed :) Thank you !
