"ADEESHAA HOTEL" i recommend to foreigners as well.
If you are visiting Kandy or any of the uplands of Sri lanka, do not miss this place to take your foods.
If one wants to visit the ancient cave Rajamaha temple built by King "Walagamba", the entrance is near this Adeeshaa Hotel.

The location and view of this place are fantastic, and the design of the dining area is impressive. However, the food quality falls short of expectations, and the service is average. The worst part of my experience was feeling unwelcome, as the staff seemed more focused on money than on providing a clean and friendly dining environment.
