Many guests have noticed that you can order nicely cooked burgers, fish and chicken here. Based on the reviewers' opinions, waiters serve good root beer. Great root beer float will make your meal tastier and you'll certainly come back. Visitors don't like ice cream at this fast food. The terrific staff welcomes people all year round. The spectacular service is a big plus of A&W Restaurant. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I stopped by here along my drive to Lynchburg from Atlanta. This place was worth coming for their root beer, but their food was meh. Root beer does call for fried food, so it felt like eating food for the root beer. Still, I enjoyed the experience overall probably because of the good service I had at 8pm for late dinner. Wife and I got fish and chicken. Our choices for sides were slaw and green potatoes beans. Beans were tasty and hot; the slaw was a little too sweet. Good but sweet. All of the fish and chicken was really fresh and hot. The tea I got was freshly made and still warm. Fresh is always a plus. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Visited this place on 7/3/22. So happy that we could actually come inside to eat cause our A&W in Sevierville TN is still locking customers out and forcing us to use drivethu. The staff was amazing and super friendly. There was a small wait for our food, but once we received it everything was there and hot! We actually had to let our chicken cool so the kids could eat it. As we were leaving the staff thanked us for visiting. We rang the bell and told them thanks for the great service

Too lazy to work. We stopped by November 28 at 9 pm in the drive through and waited 5 minutes. No response. Then pulled up to the window, watching her turn and walk away. Next we pulled around and my husband attempted to go in but the doors were locked and she pointed him towards the drive through. Deja vu. We repeated the same attempts. As we pulled up to the window, we could see her hiding behind some shelves. We will not be returning.

You can't go wrong with a root beer float, but I got to say this was about the least friendly order placing process I've been through in a Drive-Thru since I can remember! Burger seemed cold, too. But we did get what was ordered, and I'll likely stop again for the float.

I go for the root beer specifically and it's almost always slightly off. Food is great though! Fries are amazing. If I couldn't taste the cleaner from the soda nozzles would be a solid five. Drive thru difficult in large vehicles... Go inside if you can and skip the DT if you're in something massive.
