This place was recommended by a friend. I highly recommend it myself. Excellent service and exceptional food. If you want to eat well, eat here.

Service was good and waiters were very nice. Food is just average or below... So because of that it's overpriced. We take a steak (average, with beer and cream sauce that did not help the steak), creamed salted cod (average with fish bones in it... About 10 bones), and pork secrets (this was good, with homemade fries). Restaurant was really noisy... It wasn't full, but still a lot of reverberation noise. Starters were average to say it lightly... Mushrooms were not god (and I happen to love mushrooms...), Pataniscas needed cod inside... We could only smell it. We will not return.

Without a doubt one of the best restaurants I've been to. The excellent food, from starters to desserts, without forgetting the friendliness of everyone in the house. I had lunch for a whole week at this restaurant and I'll be back as soon as possible

We told Ze (the owner) that we came in highly recommended by our family member from Porto, he immediately gave us a family-like treatment. We had a feast for lunch and came back later for dinner. He even prepared dishes that weren't on the menu just because we were looking for that "something special". The best was when we received the check, you will not find a place in Portugal that will match quality and price like Fandanguita does.

Pretty good, very nice and cozy place, although prices are a bit high compared to restaurants nearby. Great place if you are celebrating something.

We had Dourada grilled fish that was superb! The chocolate mousse is a must for dessert.
