Outstanding facilities and location. Buildings are new and of high quality. They provide a full catered BBQ which was delicious and convenient. Also a great location for SUP and the boards and paddles are new. My main complaint is that most of the buildings, despite being new, have super low eaves and ceilings which means you’re probably gonna get used to hitting your head if you’re tall. Also, most of the villas have everything in a single room, including toilet, which could be problematic for some couples.
Very nice location but awful service and customer care. They have a lot to learn how to make customer happy Note of 11/18/2022: The reply below of the owner is another confirm of how they don’t care about customers satisfaction. The owner should contact me, understand what was wrong, improve things. This is just a courtesy false reply. Anyway: We didn’t receive any instruction of how make the check in, no answer on the phone and we had to wait for 1 hour to receive help. We didn’t receive as well any advice about booking the restaurant of the hotel and you gave the tables to customers outside the hotel. Your customers should be your priority If you want to be the best hotel in Amami you have to care about your customer.
