We availed unli grill and hotpot during lunch time and despite that there's just us who were dining in, we were given 1.5hrs to order. They have chicken broth as the only option for hotpot soup base which tasted bland as it is. We only have Ssamjang (not even Gochujang) and garlic, kimchi to use as added flavor.
Since it was unli, i just hope we have an option to choose which ingredients we can put in our hotpot. By default, we were given a plate full of starchy veggie which we struggled to eat (potatoes, carrot, squash etc). We were charged P200 for left overs and we didnt even have second orders.
The restaurant got nice interior and fairly new so i think there's a lot of potential improvement towards customer satisfaction and I hope management can do something about that.
