Found this coffee shop on Google and came to try it out. I got a brown sugar milk au lait and my partner got a chocolate macchiato. Both tasted amazing. The brown sugar flavor with the milk au lait coupled together so nicely, I kept wanting more. The chocolate macchiato had a wonderful flavor that wasn’t too bitter and went down smoothly. You can really tell that the coffee shop owner is passionate about his work and takes his time with every drink he makes. We will definitely be coming back here as much as we can during our trip in Taiwan. + Bonus points for his very cute shop cat who greeted us while we waited for our drinks <3 Service Take out

I understand as a 1 man café may have no staff to grind coffee beans behind the scene, but the café shouldn’t be a noisy bar with a coffee grinder. The sound is not decent.

手沖是衣索比亞班奇馬吉水洗藝妓酸質略高了一些手沖悶蒸後分兩段式沖煮中規中矩使用老岩泥v60濾杯研判烘焙偏大風火烘焙短時間烘焙酸香氣表現不錯也有不錯鼻後香氣使用ek43磨豆機美式黑咖啡喝到的是以曼巴為基底調性豆子還算乾淨焙度有中焙跟深焙兩款我選的是中焙酸質不高醇厚度還不錯提拉米蘇是姆指餅乾沾咖啡酒澄酒及藝妓豆酒風味蠻不錯的
