Bao Buns in a small space. 14 m2 BAO is a clear description of the expectations. A tiny place that serves Bao Buns. Vegans will have the option to get crispy Tofu ones, but are greeted with annoyance from the chef when ordering vegan, so that’s not the best sign. The buns are thick and filled, but the taste is nowhere to be found. Tofu needs more time in the fryer, cabbage tastes watery and spices and sauces seem lacking. It will fill you up for 115 SEK, but leave you a bit empty and disappointed anyways. Not the worst Bao Buns in Gothenburg, but considering Jinx is a merely 2-5 minute walk away, you better go there instead. 14 m2 BAO is average at best. Bästa maten jag ätit på länge 👌 Valde först en ”Sticky Chicken Bun” som var helt fantastiskt god, för att sedan köpa till en ”Porkbun” (min mamma kunde inte sluta prata om hur god den var). Hon hade rätt - den var MAGISK! Vill därför varmt rekommendera alla ni som är sugna på att få en oförglömlig matupplevelse att göra ett besök hos 14m2bao. Gyokatsu och Sticky chicken beställde vi. Otroligt gott, fick redan vid första tuggan en WOW känsla. Fantastisk service, trevlig och riktig kunnig och passionerad kock som vet vad hen gör.
