Visiting from out of state and this place is great! Highly recommend! Friendly staff and great bagels. They have a large menu and great coffee too! Hard to find a good bagel shop. Will definitely be back next visit to Roswell!
Very disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews before trying this place. First, they absolutely do not make their bagels “fresh every morning “. My “Nova” (12.50) was on a stale bagel and they left off the red onions. Do they not realize how important red onions are for that to taste right? The hash browns came straight from the freezer and turned to mush in the microwave. If I had not gotten my food “to go” I would have sent it back. They will never see me again.

Went here because it’s new to the neighborhood and we have nothing like it close by.
Love myself some bagels and lox. In fact, it’s my go to any time I find a great bagel deli type location.
I ordered the lox and my fiancé, the ham, egg and cheese bagel. First problem was they were out of 80% of the bagels. The only thing that was left at 11am was plain or garlic, It would be another 10 minutes before anything else was available; now this may be because they are new and just gotta get them into their rhythm but I find it hard to believe they’re sold out of everything at 11 AM which is a peak time for a Saturday or Sunday morning.
The lox bagel was lacking more lox. At other delis like bagel boys and Goldbergs you get a stack of lox, it was very shy, not even half the same I get at other bagel shops. I will say the mix of cream cheese and capers and onions was spot on, love that piece. My bagel was not toasted on both sides only the outside. And my bagel was a little crunchy meaning it fell apart when I open the sandwich the bagel broke in half, never had that before. I consider a really good bagel, when toasted , crunchy outside with a soft middle and this bagel did not have that.
Now as for the ham egg and cheese. When it came out the cheese wasn’t evenly melted. One side was the other cold. The ham look to me like something you get out of Kroger packaged meat and tasted like it too. The Bagel itself was huge stack high, but if you look at the photos, the egg was not cooked to order or fresh because there’s no way it could’ve gotten to us that fast. If you look at the egg, it’s in a perfect circle and it doesn’t look like a real egg almost like a processed egg. Maybe it’s fresh cooked earlier and sits and waits, but you could tell it was not freshly made to order.
The coffee was great. Loved the flavor I got the dark roast.
The seating area is tight inside, they have both inside and outside. But they need a vestibule in the front door because every time the door opened I got cold chill while trying to eat. People are coming in and going out every 15 seconds sending a cold air blast chill.
Service was great! Plenty of parking outside.
Would I go here again? Probably not.
Ordered a bagel and a hashbrown bowl for takeout… when it still wasn’t ready 20 minutes after the time it was supposed to be and 40 minutes after I ordered, I asked for an update and the guy said “working on it” and I let them know they could just refund me…. So be prepared to wait indefinitely I guess.
Worth mentioning that I was the only person in the restaurant waiting at the time too… I know they are processing drive thru and to go, but they seemed pretty content to let the only customer in there wait indefinitely for 2 items.

Had high hopes for this place and ended up with high disappointment, especially for the $37 price tag.
Ordered the 101 wrap, which per menu, is supposed to have turkey and avocado. I got a combination of turkey and ham with no avocado (see pictures).
Ordered a Turkey and bacon croissant for my 4-year old since they don’t have a kids menu. Specifically asked for no cheese or ranch since I knew he would not eat it with those things. Received the order with both Swiss cheese and ranch on top (see pictures). He did not eat it.
My husband’s TBC melt was decent.
I hate to leave a negative review but I also hate to spend close to $40 on lunch takeout and have it be completely incorrect. It was not like we had a ton of modifications to our order. It’s getting to the point where people have to open up their food immediately upon receiving it to see if it is correct; employees either don’t pay attention or even care at this point.
Will not even consider coming back unless this situation is rectified. Very disappointing.
Lovely experience! Hand over heart, this is the best Asiago bagel I’ve ever had. Get it toasted with butter. 🤌
The staff are so polite and attentive. The cashier was engaging, helpful, maintained excellent eye contact and smiled when she greeted us. Plus, a gentleman (likely the owner) offered to help a woman carry her to-go order out to her car. 10/10 recommend. This place is a class act!
First visit here. Ordered 6 bagels and scallion cream cheese. This was apparently hard as they don’t prepare special cream cheese in advance. Waited for cream cheese along with other folks still waiting for their orders. Had to remind cashier after 10m that I was still waiting. Pretty sure she hadn't put in the order. Kitchen staff seemed annoyed when she reminded them. 15m wait to get cream cheese. We won’t be back. Too bad as this is 3min from home.

Live this place and always have a great experience until today. Person (male mid 30's) at register was more interested about what was in his phone, he struggled to keep up with the food that was coming out and people on line. This one time my food was undercooked..disappointed in this visit.

Breakfast Sandwich
The bagels are really really good. For a while I was overlooking the poor service because they are delicious and relatively new. Every single time I’ve gone, no exaggeration, something is wrong with my order. My last straw was when I ordered the nova sandwich with no tomatoes. Because I’ve had issues before I checked before leaving and the sandwich had no salmon and pretty much JUST tomatoes. I asked for them to fix it and I ended up with a new sandwich and it did still have tomatoes on it. After a while I can’t reason that the place is new and they’ll iron out the kinks. I just want a bagel sandwich on a weekend morning and this place is just stressful.

Stopped in this morning for a quick bagel, egg and cheese. The people working were phenomenal friendly and the food came out hot and fast and was excellent. Will definitely be returning.
