Extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service I received this evening. I called to ask them about an order I placed via UberEats (their restaurant and menu is listed on ubereats) and was met with a nasty attitude from one of their employees on the phone. Her words was “I don’t know what to tell ya. We don’t do ubereats.” I said “it looks like your restarting and menu is listed there” she responded with no empathy “welp! I don’t know what to tell ya. We are not on Uber eats. Not sure what you expect me to do” First of all, have some empathy and I would’ve gladly dealt with my problems with ubereats and placed an order on the phone for pick up. Smh
