I ordered a large iced coffee blended and they gave it to me iced they had a attitude because it was almost time to close and I gave him a tip and this was my second time there

Great local alternative to Starbucks. Staff was attentive and fast, and the space was comfortable and low-traffic. Worked there for a couple hours and enjoyed the Vanilla Bee Chai and a warm croissant—delicious!

A customer had to let us in at 6:30 because they had the door locked already. Shades down I assume so customers would think they were closed and a register closed already. Ziggi's is my favorite coffee place but this was disappointing. If the hours are til 7:00 then the doors should remain open. Made us feel like we weren't welcomed this visit. As we were leaving another car pulled up so we held the door open for them to get in. Just not good business practice.

Got a coffee with cream, it's obvious they forgot to leave room for cream and added it while the coffee was too full. The coffee barely had cream in it and was so full it was leaking out the bottom of the lid. Also, they didn't put the spill sticker over the lid hole, once the area around the mouthpiece gets wet with spilled coffee the sticker is pointless, it doesn't stick anymore. Please put the sticker on before handing to customer. Also, its OK to make a mistake however start over dont just hand the coffee stained, leaking drink to the customer. I'm glad I didn't fall for the "do you want to leave a tip?" question on the iPad before I even received my drinks. Case in point why these tips requests are ridiculous, you have no clue if it's a tip worthy experience until you get the product.

Fantastic coffee, great service, wonderful atmosphere, place is great coffee and obviously brewed with care. Eleven out of ten stars. Better than Starbucks hands down.

Very clean in the store and very nice people working here. Their stuff is on the sweet side and I've gotten Ziggi's since a kid at different locations, but this place seems to be extra sweet. Other than that, it's a nice coffee shop.
