Go to drive-thru. Going inside will have you waiting as if you don't exist. They will walk by you and no acknowledge you and also have people just standing around as if no leadership. Smh. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Got the chicken tenders in nuclear sauce. Get them about twice a year, and they never failed me yet. Great comfort food. The leftover tenders, I chopped them up, heated them, and mixed them into a salad. The cashiers are always friendly and polite. That's why I go mainly. Good food and good service are what I want. The food was alright. Fries were not fresh. They had to redo my salad because I asked for no chicken and they added fried chicken. Order taking was super confusing. She didn't seem like she was listening. Dining area was dirty. Floors were greasy. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Adrianne and Daja were nothing short of awesome! Had a big catering order that I needed asap and they worked their magic. Food was awesome and super fresh. Appreciated the staff as well! I’ll definitely be using this location more and I appreciated their urgency. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food was great and came how we order it but the sandwich was a bit weird. This is my second time eating from this chain, the first time was horrible in Jacksonville FL. But back to the sandwich. If you guys didn't have Buns you should have said so. I noticed the young lady talking about something and then staring at me weirdly while passing the bag to the other young lady that took my to go order. Then she starts to look at me kinda funny as well. I thought nothing of it until sitting in the car eating. My child tells me he has 2 bottom Buns. I asked him if he wanted to go back. But he said it was fine, so I didn't bother. But IF it had been my food, and from they looks they probably knew. Well that's another story. EXTREMELY SLOW Zaxby’s. POOR MANAGEMENT AND FRANCHISE! They have SEVERAL people working inside each time I go. But the workers are inside having conversations with each other with their arms folded and ignoring the orders. Each time I’ve gone to this location, it has taken approx. 45min-1hr to get through the line and receive my food. When I received my ordered I had approx 10 fries and they were BURNT. No sauce either! They do not care for the patrons or their time. AVOID THIS LOCATION! FIND ANOTHER LOCATION! Everyone, please contact Corporate with your experiences here! I certainly did! They need to know this location is HORRIBLE! Whoever is giving this location great reviews obviously work there! Wake up Corporate! I won’t be back! You do not deserve my money or support!
