That's a good idea to order nicely cooked boneless wings, chicken sandwiches and chicken wings. This fast food has delicious lemonade or good tea among its drinks. Guests don't highly appreciate biscuits at Zaxby's. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A lot of reviewers have noticed that prices are low for what you receive. The pleasant atmosphere gladdens visitors and attracts more clients. But this spot is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

The first time I came here they were out of salads, wings, and tea. I was in line for a salad - frustrated having waited in line awhile. But thought ok, it’s a fluke or a late delivery. Will try again a month later. I just went through and was told they are out of all chicken fingers / breaded chicken on salads (this time I had planned to order fingers given the issues from the previous time). How do you stay in business if you cannot even keep your main staple items like chicken fingers and wings in stock?!? Corporate should have a field day with this lost revenue and poor management/supply chain issues that should never be actual issues. I’d rather it close than waste the time of customers! If I could give this a 0 I would. This place is absolutely horrible, and quite frankly, I don’t know how they’re in business. Always seem to be out of stock of every sauce, utensil, drink and to go trays every time I go. An employee is eating chicken wings at the counter, licking his fingers, and touching the food. Service is extremely slow. If your food items are in stock, they are either wrong or missing. Management seems to be ran by children and do not care about any of these issues. You’ve been warned. Never received the sauces as printed on receipt but I was charged for them. I even ask did they include the sauces in the bag and was told yes it’s in there which I did not check until I arrive at home. No sauces. The chicken sandwich was burnt and the bun was burnt with 2 fingers imprinted in the bun. Bun was not fresh. The salad was scrimping on the chicken and the chicken was thin tiny pieces that was mostly burnt. This location was terrible and maybe it’s the shift that was working. The food was fresh and hot. The restaurant was OK with clean tables. The soda machine was out of half the flavors and customer service was not good. I waited at the counter for several minutes before finally asking someone if they could take my order. The response, "sorry, I thought you were deciding." Some9ne could have at least acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help. Four employees walked around by the counter and not one person questioned my presence. Nobody should eat here. They were out of traditional wings, napkins, and ketchup. The freestyle machine is missing all lemonades, coke, sprite, and Powerade. The boneless wings were cold and tasted a bit off. The workers were trying their best to be cheerful but it’s hard when you’re working under bad management.
