Early dinner at Yum after Holiday run around. Great energy and friendly team. Great menu and the cupcakes that we were going to bring home never made it to the car… Yum is very yummy. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Yum
Trendy spot. Had the Tarragon Chicken Salad Sandwich. Very busy spot. There’s a second parking lot if you’re not finding a spot. Food was great! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Sandwiches
Service is great and many of the savory meals are good (would not recommend their pizza though). Despite living in the area, though, we rarely come here because nothing really "wows" us and there are plenty of other nearby restaurants that do have that effect at a similar (or lower) price point. The cake and red velvet cupcake frosting is way too butter heavy and dense - we have to pick it off when normally that's our favorite part of dessert. Price per person $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Title: Sweet Retreat at Yum! Kitchen and Bakery Tucked away in Uptown is Yum! Kitchen and Bakery, a delightful spot for those with a sweet tooth. This quiet and quaint establishment offers a soothing ambiance that perfectly complements its delectable offerings. Upon my visit, I was in search of something sweet, and the staff there were quick to recommend a variety of options that were nothing short of delicious. To my pleasant surprise, they also catered to dietary preferences, providing vegan options that were truly a standout feature for me. The outdoor seating area of Yum! is charming and inviting, making it a great choice for a sunny day. However, the indoor seating area seemed a bit underpopulated during my visit, which affected the atmosphere somewhat. But given the beautiful weather on that day, it made sense that most patrons were preferring to dine al fresco. My experience at Yum! was mainly focused on their desserts and pastries, and I have to say, they were all exceptional. From texture to taste, everything was spot-on, making it a place I'd highly recommend for dessert enthusiasts. I haven't yet ventured into their other menu offerings, so I can't comment on those, but given the quality of their sweet treats, I have high hopes. What struck me about Yum! was the excellent value for money, particularly for an establishment that exudes such a fashionable, posh vibe. The dessert prices were a delightful surprise, with most items hovering around the five-dollar mark - a true bargain for the Uptown area. All in all, Yum! Kitchen and Bakery offers a rewarding culinary experience. If you're a dessert and pastry lover seeking a tranquil setting to enjoy some high-quality treats, this place is a must-visit. Despite my initial visit being primarily for their sweets, their friendly staff, charming atmosphere, and exceptional value for money have convinced me to return soon to explore their menu further. Overall had a good experience at Yum kitchen in St. Louis Park. It was hard for our party of seven people to find a table - it was packed! The Saint Paul location is much bigger. We were all put on the same ticket even though we paid separately and most of us got our food at the same time. The one person that didn’t had to wait an extra 15 minutes which was a little frustrating. The potato chips tasted good, but some people got a tiny portion and the pickles included with the sandwiches were not great I’d recommend the steak sandwich or the burger. Yum is my favorite neighborhood restaurant in St. Louis Park. It’s a fantastic counter service restaurant that is open from morning until night. I often go to grab lunch, it seems to be their busiest time of day. I almost always order the tuna melt. It is one of their signature items and it is one of the best tuna melts I have ever had! It comes with house made potato chips and a pickle and is a lot of food! Yums menu consists of signature items that have been on the menu for years as well as new items that change seasonally. They also have a great kids menu, and it’s a great spot to bring kids. Mine love the Mac and cheese (and so do I). However my daughters favorite thing to order would have to be their Matzo Ball soup, it’s one of the best! It’s also a great spot to grab take out! The whole menu can be to-go and they even do family size dinners to-go. The bakery case at Yum has to be one of the best in the city! From personal key lime pies to their famous coconut cake, it’s difficult to get out the door without grabbing a sweet treat. Yum is right! I went here for the first time today and had my first ever lobster sandwich. It was amazing. The place was packed for lunch, but the staff were efficient and friendly. The menu is tantalizing. The bakery counter has so many treats to choose from too. Heck, even the dang side pickle was delicious! Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

Not bad! Great new location near Whole Foods and very open and inviting atmosphere. Classic American dishes done right, just wish it had a bit more kick to the flavor. The roasted chicken has amazing crispy skin! Most memorable part of the meal. Portions are shareable as they're quite big. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20
Frosted sugar cookie was amazing. Definitely come here for the bakery. The atmosphere of the place was great. Tables and decorations were nice. The rest of the food we got was ok. We weren't really impressed. My mom got the tuna melt. It came with melted cheese but otherwise it was a cold sandwich. She was not expecting that and said he version was better. Pickle was off. Not a standard dill pickle. The pizza was falling apart when you picked up a slice. Several slices had large holes missing in the crust. Flavor was ok. Not my favorite.
