A week ago

Went here on Saturday with friends that have never been here before. Not a real good 1st impression. Took a long time, like 15-20 minutes to get cocktails. Then salads came out with NO dressing on them. Didn't notice until they had already left, so then took another 10-15 minutes to get the dressing. When our Steaks came they were way overcooked, ordered Med Rare, came more like Med Well. We have been here before and never had a bad experience. We will try again, hopefully it will be better next time.

We went to the Yard House for Valentines day and have to say that this place is run with customer satisfaction as a priority. We got a text stating our table was ready. We went up and were told that we would be next. Unfortunately we waited and saw that multiple people were being seated. I went up just to let them that we were told we were next but still waiting. Manager apologized and seated us immediately They then apologized again and let us know they would comp us out first set of drinks. I was not expecting this but as a former restaurant owner and always put customer satisfaction as top priority this was very nice to see. The fact that they rectify the problem immediately is what makes this restaurant top notch to me. Mistakes happen and especially during busy times of the year like Valentines day. For the customer service alone I would recommend this place. Our server was very excellent as well.
